WebJan 20, 2010 · just picked up a Nait 5i, plugged it in and straight away couldn't use the remote for volume control then tried it the good old fashioned way and found the volume knob was grinding. Called the dealer who told me to gently pull the knob forward a bit (it came off in my hand) so i pushed it back in (but not too far) and 'Hey Presto!' it works!
